The Browns find themselves in a similar situation to when they last drafted a Round 1 quarterback: 2012. In that draft, the Browns had two first-rounders. They took Trent Richardson (3rd) and Brandon Weeden (22nd). The Browns could risk hoping Derek Carr or someone else falls to No. 26, using the No. 4 pick on another skill-position player. Why make the same mistake twice though, especially if Teddy Bridgewater (or if they like Johnny Manziel) is on the board? Prioritize the quarterback with pick No. 4. Plenty of talented wide receivers are available at No. 26 or No. 35.
