No. 5 Oakland Raiders: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson (UNCHANGED)

Does any team need a quarterback more than the Raiders? It’s a tough situation for head coach Dennis Allen and general manager Reggie McKenzie, who are both on the hot seat. They can’t expect to win with Terrelle Pryor or Matthew McGloin. At the same time, they may not have enough time to develop one of these quarterbacks, especially if it’s Bortles or Manziel.

That’s why I expect the team to find a veteran replacement (e.g. Matt Schaub), draft the best available skill-position talent, then hope for enough for a turnaround to earn more time to complete the rebuilding project.
