Can’t complain about a Pro Bowl talent with a seventh-round draft pick. Cortland Finnegan wasn’t even supposed to make the team. Instead, he won a roster spot, starting job, and eventually became one of the NFL’s most disliked players because of his fiery on-field demeanor.

What people saw on the field wasn’t what they saw off the field as he was heavily involved with charitable work. In 2010, Finnegan was honored as Titans Community Man of the Year. In 2012, Finnegan left the Titans to join his former head coach, Jeff Fisher, and the St. Louis Rams.

Other Defensive Picks: Armon Williams (1997), Jimmy Sprotte (1998), Phil Glover (1999), Keith Adams (2001), Carlos Hall (2002), Jared Clauss (2004), Reynaldo Hill (2005), Spencer Toone (2006), Cary Williams (2008), Nick Schommer (2009), David Howard (2010), Tommie Campbell (2011), Zach Clayton (2011), Scott Solomon (2012), Daimion Stafford (2013)
