The Texans can go in a variety of different directions with this pick. Ultimately, it will come down to whether new coach Bill O’Brien wants a new quarterback to start his Texans career with. I believe he wants his own guy, and Bortles may be the guy that most fits with what type of quarterback BOB likes. It’s been said that O’Brien prefers a quarterback that is big, sturdy, and can sling the football. Bortles may best fit that description, so we may see him go number 1, though I am not a huge fan of Bortles as a top ten pick.
