We meet again.

Week 16 features a showdown between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans. Remember when these teams last met? The Jaguars were a winless team who just wanted to win their first game. The Titans had playoff dreams. Jake Locker had returned from a knee and hip injury. How much trouble could they have against a hapless divisional rival?

A lot of trouble. The Jaguars won, 29-27. They’ve won four of their last six games. Another win would give them the advantage for second place in the AFC South. After a 3-1 start, the Titans have dropped to 5-9. Their only wins have come against the St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders. They needed a last-minute drive to escape Oakland with a victory.

Neither team has playoff dreams. That doesn’t mean players aren’t playing for their futures. Don’t forget about the coaches. Another loss could spell doom for Mike Munchak and company. He can’t afford a fifth divisional setback. Not when these last two opponents are 4-10 and 2-12 (probably 2-13), respectively.

In this interview, Titan Sized editor Joshua Huffman will ask his questions about the Jaguars. Later this week, visit Black & Teal (Go) as Daniel Lago asks his questions about the Titans.
