Daniel: With Justin Blackmon out, the only threatening player on the Jaguars’ roster is wide receiver Cecil Shorts. Shorts is one of the most targeted players in the league and is fairly reliable catching the ball. He hasn’t had a monster game this season but he has big play potential and is one of the reasons the Jaguars could keep this game close.
