Are you a fantasy football addict? Titan Sized has compiled a team of three Tennessee Titans enthusiasts who all share unique opinions about fantasy football and what gamers should anticipate when they’re researching start’ems, sit’em, sleeper, waiver and PPR players. This project should last throughout the remainder of the 2013-14 NFL season.
Here’s a recap of the happenings from the previous week:
David Fleming
Start ‘em: Dwayne Bowe – 0 points (I’m officially divorcing Bowe in all fantasy leagues)
Sit ‘em: Trent Richardson – 9 points (only 13 carries but did find the end zone)
Sleeper: DeAndre Hopkins – 6 points (played well but the Texans struggled all game)
Waiver Wire: Marlon Brown – 0 points (2 catches for 6 yards as defense got it done)
PPR Player: Jordan Cameron – 30 points (scored 3 TDs on 11 targets from backup QB Brian Hoyer. An absolute must start every week regardless of matchup.
Justin Graver
Start ‘em: Dwayne Bowe – 0 points (run for Donnie Avery and drop Bowe if you can)
Sit ‘em: Philip Rivers – 11 points (Rivers was finally brought back down to Earth)
Sleeper: Nate Burleson – 11 points (exploded for 116 yards on 6 catches, but soon thereafter broke his arm in a single-car crash…may be out for season)
Waiver Wire: Josh Gordon – 22 points (another wonderful pick by Justin…to the tune of 10 receptions, 146 yards, and 1 TD)
PPR Player: Julian Edelman – 11 points (continues to see a plethora of targets)
Matt Ogaard
Start ‘em: Eli Manning – 3 points (bench all Giants except Victor Cruz)
Sit ‘em: Cecil Shorts – 14 points (had a great game against the vaunted Seahawks Def)
Sleeper: Jason Snelling – 16 points (great sleeper choice with Steven Jackson still out)
Waiver Wire: James Starks – 5 points (had his carries until leaving with knee injury)
PPR Player: Julian Edelman – 11 points
(All comments after _ points were from Fleming)
