Justin: Greg Little vs Minnesota Vikings
Josh Gordon is suspended for the first two weeks of the season. Norv Turner’s offense in Cleveland will throw the football. A lot. Somebody has to make those receptions, and as long as Gordon is on the sidelines, that “somebody” will be Greg Little.

Look for Brandon Weeden to lean on his favorite target from last year (Little led the team in receptions in 2012 with 53) in Weeks 1-2 this season.

David: Buccaneers Defense @ New York Jets
The Buccaneers were pitiful against the pass last year, yielding a league-high 297.4 yards per game. However, they were stellar against the run, posting a league-low 82.5 yards per contest. The front office addressed this incredible discrepancy by adding Pro Bowlers Darrelle Revis and Dashon Goldson to shore up the secondary. Additionally, the Bucs play the pitiful Jets in week 1, with a rookie QB behind center that threw three INTs and took a sack in his last preseason game, all before mildly injuring his ankle.

Bret: Alex Smith @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Alex Smith is very accurate on his short-to-intermediate passes.  Andy Reid will exploit that accuracy to dink and dunk the Jaguars to death.  I fully expect for the Jaguars to have a sub par offense that will put their defense in short field situations.  The great field position will play to Smith’s strengths.  It wouldn’t be surprising to see Smith put up 250+ yards and 2 TD’s.
