Jake Locker (Second Quarter)
After a slow start, Locker recovered nicely with three scoring drives during the second quarter. One of those drives came on a two-minute drill. Locker finished 11-of-13 for 133 yards with a seven-yard touchdown pass to Washington.

The Titans entered halftime with a 13-6 lead. Locker finished his night with one more scoreless drive before Fitzpatrick entered midway into the third quarter.

Running Backs
171 team rushing yards. Excluding quarterbacks, the Titans had 31 carries for 120 yards.

Chris Johnson had an efficient night with 11 carries for 65 yards (long of 20 yards). Shonn Greene continues to pick up the third-and-shorts. Greene could play a significant role against the Indianapolis Colts, who often struggle against his physical style.

Jackie Battle has all-but-clinched his 53-man roster spot. Battle has looked like some reincarnation of Eddie George. He may not have the sexiest stat line—but he’ll get the job done and carry defenders on his back for multiple yards.
