Justin Blackmon Sideline Incident, Sent to Locker Room

May 13, 2013; Jacksonville, FL, USA; Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon (14) answers questions from the media about his recent four-game suspension by the NFL for violation of its substance abuse policy after organized team activities at The Florida Blue Health

Starting the season with a four-game suspension? Sitting out the preseason opener with a groin injury? Won’t play in a meaningful game until October?

All of those facts aren’t enough to keep Justin Blackmon out of the news. During the second quarter, Blackmon got involved in a verbal altercation with Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll. Jaguars players (Maurice Jones-Drew, possibly Jason Babin) and head coach Gus Bradley had to intervene. Blackmon was sent to the locker room.
