The Tennessee Titans had their last winning record in 2011, when the team finished 9-7, and came within a game of earning a playoff berth.

From that point the Titans began a slow and painful slide to become one of the most futile franchises in the league the last two years. Coincidentally, the slide began when Tennessee hired Ruston Webster as the team’s general manager in 2012.
