26. Houston Texans (+0)

There isn’t anything groundbreaking to say about the 2020 Houston Texans. They played their game today like they play most of their games, meaning that the offense found ways to put up a lot of yards and to put up some points but in the end, it was their defense that killed them.

At some point, ownership and the future GM are going to have to sit down and talk about J.J. Watt’s worth to this team because even he can’t make this defense look salvageable anymore. If that is the case, then why not ship him off to someone who can actually use him?

25. San Francisco 49ers (-3)

The 49ers are just too banged up for this to be fair anymore and even though I think they have some of the best coaches in football, this season would be better off trying out young talent wherever they can as they wait to overhaul this team on both sides of the ball next year.

Maybe everything will look better with an NFL QB behind center, but nothing seems easy for the offense and Robert Saleh is (most likely) headed to take a HC job somewhere.
