Shortlist of what to watch in Broncos vs Titans tonight.
Football is officially back, and yesterday was very interesting if you are a Tennessee Titans fan.
The Philip Rivers-led Colts flopped epically against a mediocre-at-best Jacksonville Jaguars team.
This is after the Texans took a beating on Thursday night at the hands of the defending champion Chiefs.
In terms of divisional implications, opening weekend couldn’t have gone any better thus far for the Titans. The Colts, predicted by some to be the division favorites, losing in week one to a bad team could be a morale killer and allow the Titans to take an early lead in the division. The Jaguars, though 1-0 in the division, are widely expected to be in the running for the number one pick, and should pose no threat for the division title.
However, the Titans’ Week 1 matchup will be no cakewalk. Denver is notoriously tough at home, especially early in the season. Granted, the lack of fans could benefit the Titans, as crowd noise won’t be a factor as it usually is in the Mile High City.
The Titans will still need several things to go right for them to escape Denver with a win. Today, I’m going to talk about the three main things Titans fans should look for in tonight’s game.
