10/7/12 Episode 12- Titan Sized Radio: Heads Will Roll

There were tears and groans on Titan Sized Radio last night as we discussed the trashing the Tennessee Titans took last week against the Chicago Bears. We spoke of Bud Adams putting the coaches on notice and the fact that Jake Locker will be start Sunday when the Titans visit the Miami Dolphins in Miami.

Due to scheduling conflicts with basically every Dolphins editor in the world, we were unable to bring on a Dolphins guest. We brought on our own David Fleming to talk Titans with us. Locker’s affect on the run game was a big topic of discussion, as well as who was to blame for the Titans struggles.

It was a good show, and a bit of a change up from the usual.

10/31/12 Episode 11- Titan Sized Radio: It’s a Hard Knock Season

We laughed, we yelled, and we may have cried last night on Titan Sized Radio as we talked Tennessee Titans for a record length. We went so long, BlogTalk cut us off during the last part of the Winning Focus segment, the very last part of the show.

We had such a good conversation with Titan Sized Staff Writer Shawn Eagle and I just couldn’t stand to kill such a good conversation. As a result, we got cut off. Needless to say though, we had a fun talk with Shawn about Jared Cook and Jake Locker, as well as my hatred for Matt Hasselbeck right now.

We brought on BearGogglesOn.com Editor Mike Burzawa, the FanSided Chicago Bears editor to talk about the Titans matchup against the Bears this week when they visit Nashville. He gave us all the good insight we could take AND gave us a prediction, one that caught us all off-guard. He’ll be at the game rooting for the Bears, so be sure to say hi if you see him!

It was a record length show that was cut off at the very end, spoiling the fact that I was planning on playing the Monster Mash to close out the show. Oh well!

10/24/12 Episode 10- Titan Sized Radio: Still No Locker As Titans Roll On

It was another fun episode of Titan Sized Radio as we brought on the FanSided editor of NapTownsFinest.com, Jeremy Nicholas, to discuss the Tennessee Titans upcoming game against the Indianapolis Colts.

We talked about Colts’ fans feelings about the Manning/Luck swap out and asked for the run down on how Luck has been performing thus far this season. We also got the run down on the receivers and what the Titans should be afraid of/take advantage of as the Colts come to Nashville this Sunday.

Fun stat I learned: the Colts are 0-10 in their last 10 road games. Hopefully the Titans extend that to 11.

We had a bit of confusion with our staff writer David Fleming and never ended up getting him on the show, but that didn’t matter, we just kept on rolling thanks to some questions from the listeners.

10/18/12 Episode 9 – Titan Sized Radio: Win Streak?

I won’t be modest; last night was probably the best episode of Titan Sized Radio to date. I’m very proud of it.

We brought on a special guest from our brother Fansided site BuffaLowdown.com in the Co-Editor Jack Goods, who gave us all the goods on the Buffalo Bills. He gave us a lot of good insight from a Bills perspective and what to look out for when the Titans meet the Bills.

After we said goodbye to Jack, we digested what he was said and then brought on our own staff writer Shawn Eagle to discuss the Titans offense so far. The discussion focused on Hasselbeck’s recent time under center as starter for the Titans and CJ’s success with Hasselbeck handing him the ball.

10/4/12 Episode 8 - Titan Sized Radio: The First Quarter is Over

Titan Sized Radio is coming at you again, tonight! We pushed it back from last night, partially due to the political debate. But it’s on tonight!

We’ve got a special show in the works as the first quarter of the season comes to a close. We’ll be looking back at what has and hasn’t worked for the Titans thus far in this young season. Obviously there’s been a lot that hasn’t worked.

We’ll talk about the early disappointments and successes from the team, as well as what our general feeling is about what this team is and where they stand against all the other teams in the NFL. There will also be some dabbling in the discussion of how the Titans rookies have fared thus far and what we can expect from them down the road.

Then we’ll look at the schedule that lies ahead of them and break that down.

It should be a fun show with lots of things to talk about. There’s so much to talk about, my brain is exploding and I can’t think of it all to write it down. You’ll just have to tune in!

9/26/12 Episode 7 – Titan Sized Radio: Speechless Victory Feels Good:

his may be the most joyful episode of Titan Sized Radio yet as Justin Stewart and Jason Peters recount the Titans epic victory against the Detroit Lions this last week. For everyone not blind deaf and dumb, you know it was a historical game. We’ll do our best to relish in the Titans first victory of the season.

We’ll recap that and talk about what fans should take away from the game.

Then, unfortunately, we’ll be forced to move on to the Titans upcoming game against the 3-0 Houston Texans. We’ll compare stats, standing, and what we’re expecting to see in the game. We’ll be hitting up the Winning Focus, telling you what the Titans need to do to come out with the win. As usual, we’ll have the lines open all show so feel free to call in with questions! You can also ask them via the live chat that we’ll have open on the side.

9/19/12 Episode 6 – Titan Sized Radio: A Long Season Ahead…:

We’ll be back with Titan Sized Radio this week, though the episode will most likely be a more somber episode considering the dire state of the Tennessee Titans.

We’ll recap on the awful game the Titans had against the San Diego Chargers, recounting the painful details of the Titans 9th consecutive loss to the Chargers.

Then we’ll move onto the Titans upcoming game against the 1-1 Detroit Lions as they come to Nashville with Coach Schwartz, the Titans former defensive coordinator.

9/12/12 Episode 5 - Titan Sized Radio: Tough Week 1 to Easier Week 2:

Titan Sized Radio will be coming at you live tonight at 10pm Central. We’re moving from Thursday nights to Wednesday nights in order to avoid Thursday night football.

This week we’ll be recapping the Tennessee Titans frustrating loss to the New England Patriots in Week 1; talking about key moments from the game, what went wrong, and what we know because of that game.

Then we’ll be moving on to the Titans next game against the San Diego Chargers. The Chargers had quite the interesting game against the Oakland Raiders last night and we’ll be talking about that and what the Titans can expect from them.

Thankfully this game should be a little easier than the Patriot’s game, but there’s still work for the Titans to do. We’ll tell you what needs to be done for the Titans to take home the W.

9/6/12 Episode 4 – Titan Sized Radio: The Pats Come to Town:

Titan Sized Radio is back tonight at 10pm CT and 11 ET! Last week we suffered some technical difficulties with BlogTalkRadio which ultimately prevented us from being able to broadcast. Tonight, that won’t be the case.

Jason Peters and I will be back with the latest Tennessee Titans news. We also have a new feature coming this week. I’d like to tell you what it is, but I’d rather surprise you. Let’s just say when you hear the train a coming, you’ll find out…

They’ll also be going over the positions they expect the Titans to address as they head into the draft.

On tap this week, we’ve got Staff Writer Chase Maher, who’ll be giving us his analysis on what the Titans big board may look like, as well as his expert opinion as to who the Titans should be giving a hard look at in the upcoming draft in the first three rounds.

Tonight join Justin Stewart and Jason Peters as we discuss all the Tennessee Titans latest such as the signings of Kamerion Wimbley and Steve Hutchinson.

We’ll also be joined by fellow writer Chase Maher as we discuss the effect of Kamerion and Hutchinson’s signings with the Titans and how that changes draft strategy and what the team may be looking like in the 2012 season.
