The NFL Draft is tomorrow night, so let’s see if there is any agreement whatsoever by the big draft media on the Titans first picks.

With the Tennessee Titans set to pick two players tomorrow night, today and earlier tomorrow will be the last time for mock drafts to be published. Thankfully the process is almost over. While the Titans are likely to trade down, not all mock drafts will reflect a move like that.

For this exercise, I’ve chosen to consult a total of 20 mock drafts from different draft analysts. These are the sites I’ve pooled picks from off of various mock drafts: Walter Football, NFL, CBS Sports, Bleacher Report, ESPN, RotoWorld, Yahoo! Sports, and Fox Sports.

Pick No. 5

Marshon Lattimore, CB, Ohio State (5 votes)

Mike Williams, WR, Clemson (4 votes)

Solomon Thomas, DL, Stanford (4 votes)

More from Titan Sized

Jamal Adams, S, LSU (3 votes)

Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama (2 votes)

Malik Hooker, S, Ohio State (2 votes)

Pick No. 18

John Ross, WR, Washington (6 votes)

Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan (4 votes)

David Njoku, TE, Miami (2 votes)

Mike Williams, WR, Clemson (2 votes)

Tre’Davious White, CB, LSU (2 votes)

Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama (1 vote)

Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama (1 vote)

Charles Harris, EDGE, Missouri (1 vote)

Forrest Lamp, OL, Western Kentucky (1 vote) [it actually wasn’t Jason Wolf, I swear]

Is any of this surprising? Not quite, but there are some interesting trends. Lattimore and Ross being the leaders in the clubhouse for the 5th and 18th picks, respectively, should come as no surprise. Thomas being tied for second with Williams is something to note. There hasn’t been much buzz on Thomas and the Titans together. Harris and Lamp would probably not be well received by Titans fans if either are the pick at 18. I don’t understand why anyone thinks this team is going to invest in the offensive line again.

Mock draft season will finally be over tomorrow. I won’t speak for anyone else, but I, for one, am tired of seeing everyone guess what the Titans will do. Mainly because we have no idea and because some of the suggestions have been baffling. Let’s just hope that Jon Robinson has a better understanding of everything than all of us. I can promise he does.
