And this is what has fans excited for the upcoming season.
Dexter McCluster with an extra gear on some runs on first day of #Titans camp.. CJ who?

With the beginning of the preseason less than two weeks away, it’s hard to bottle up the anticipation surrounding the Tennessee Titans as they look to get a fresh start in the 2014-15 season. One man who is helping the team stir up some noise this training camp is Dexter McCluster.
The running back was brought in after the departure of Chris Johnson, who seemed to lose his CJ2K luster over the past two years. While with the Kansas City Chiefs last season, McCluster only had two touchdowns, which he canceled out with two fumbles. However, McCluster has looked promising in camp so far.
This is good news for the Titans, who were originally banking on running back Shonn Greene to take a majority of the load this season. Coming off of an injury, Greene will presumably need some time to get back into playing shape, and there’s no telling how reliable he will be come game time. The reassurance that McCluster brings likely has fans and Ken Whisenhunt alike breathing a sigh of relief.
