Scotty Bakalian:

The Jets went out and signed QB Michael Vick and WR Eric Decker though free agency. They are trying to improve this offense piece by piece but still have a lot of work do. Odell Beckham Jr. is a fast, versatile wide receiver who would complement the taller, possession style of Decker. New York could also look at cornerback here, but odds are they address the offensive side of the ball.

Matt Ward:

In order for the Jets to find success, they are going to have to find some balance for their team. For several years, they have spent their first-round picks building a strong defense. Knowing that they have to play the New England Patriots two times every year, who can blame them for preparing? But the time has come to spend some value on some offensive weapons. They signed Eric Decker this offseason which gives them one solid route-runner, but they are still missing that explosive receiver that will draw attention from opposing defenses as he streaks down the sideline.

LSU’s Odell Beckham, Jr. is the pick here. He is very fast, as shown by his 4.4 speed displayed at the Combine. Pairing him with Eric Decker will give a dynamic duo for Geno Smith or Michael Vick to succeed. Who knows, maybe even Chris Johnson coming out of the backfield soon.
