We’ve reached pick No. 13. This selection belongs to the St. Louis Rams

Two picks in the top 13. One of those picks comes at No. 2. What a luxury for a team who finished with a 7-9 record. They’ll need to take advantage of it in an NFC West division that featured three teams with 10-plus victories, both NFC Championship Game representatives and the defending Super Bowl champions.

How the Rams use their No. 2 pick will determine what they do with No. 13. Do they draft based on a needs approach or best player available? What about trading down? Our mock-draft team had multiple opinions on what St. Louis would do at No. 2. Despite that, most of us agreed on which position they should target. Just a slightly different opinion on which player.

It’s time to examine who the Rams will select at No. 13.
