We’ve reached pick No. 9. This selection belongs to the Buffalo Bills.

E.J. Manuel had a rough rookie season. The 2013 first-round pick suffered three separate knee injuries, two of which required surgery. While Manuel didn’t prove himself as the franchise quarterback, he didn’t play enough to where the team would use a first-rounder at quarterback for the second consecutive season. Now the team must decide whether they surround Manuel with more offensive talent or restock their defensive backfield, especially at safety. Possibilities include wide receiver, tight end, offensive tackle, linebacker or safety.

It’s time to examine who the Bills will select at No. 9.
