Regarding the report that #Titans are interested in Mark Sanchez, I have it on good authority that Tennessee’s interest is zero!

In case you missed it, this is the latest rumor to explode on the Internet.
Since the New York Jets released quarterback Mark Sanchez, people have been claiming (primarily on Twitter) that he’s headed to Tennessee — but don’t start crying just yet. There are several reporters who are saying that this is just a rumor that has spiraled out of control.
The Tennessee Titans supposedly have “zero” interest in obtaining Sanchez.
However, it’s worth noting that the team just allowed backup quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick to walk away. The quarterback situation in Tennessee is shaky to say the least, even if Jake Locker is presumably healthy throughout the regular season. Without a backup, it’s hard to have faith in your offense. Titans fans especially know what can happen to playoff hopes due to factors such as injury.
And so, we wait and see where the Titans seek insurance before camp begins. After all, there’s still the draft — plenty of potential there, right?
