The Titans are switching up their scheme and they’ll want to make sure they have the right pieces in place. A good start should be on the outside with their pass-rush, where it’s fairly arguable that they may have to reassess whether their current guys are ideal fits. If they decide that isn’t the case, an elite pass-rusher like Barr could be in the mix when they pick at the 11 spot in the first round.

It’s definitely no sure thing that Barr would be available, but he’d probably be the highest rated option at the position.
