Round 2: Samari Rolle (1998)

The Titans have done a pretty good job with drafting second-round defensive talent.Most of the teams mentioned on “Other Defensive Picks” have had some amount of success.

Getting the nod for this draft: Samari Rolle. The 11-year cornerback spent his first seven seasons with Tennessee. He played in 100 games, starting 86 with Tennessee. Rolle’s best season came in 2000. He had seven interceptions.

Like Derrick Mason, Rolle finished his career with the Baltimore Ravens (2005-08).
