It was approximately two years ago when the Tennessee Titans attempted to persuade Peyton Manning to join the franchise. He went with Denver. Those two seasons have seen No. 1 seeds in both playoff races. Had Rahim Moore successfully defended pass in the 2013 AFC Divisional playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens, this could’ve easily been the Broncos’ second consecutive Super Bowl appearance. They would’ve had to get past the New England Patriots though.
The Seahawks enter this matchup with a lot of publicity. They can’t seem to win with the media. Either they’re talking too much (Richard Sherman) or not enough (Marshawn Lynch). All that talk will end around 5:30 p.m. CT once both teams are ready for the opening kickoff.
According to covers.com, Manning is favored to win his second Super Bowl, cementing his legacy among the top quarterbacks in NFL history. The Broncos are a two-point favorite. The over-under is 47.5.
I’ve got Broncos 20, Seahawks 16. Who do you have winning? Who do you want to win? Give your pick in the poll and discuss in the comments, Twitter or Facebook.
