Fourteen weeks are gone. Only three games remain before the playoffs start. Where did this season go? Many fans are tired of watching their teams play like garbage (me included). Give them a couple months and they can’t wait for 2014 to start (me included). Unfortunately, at that point, preseason games won’t begin for nearly a half-year. Better enjoy it while it lasts.
Each of the AFC No. 6 leaders had exciting finishes. Both of them came out on top. The Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens distanced themselves from a Tennessee Titans team who blew a 21-10 lead against the Denver Broncos. These last three games could mean the difference between Mike Munchak seeing out the remainder of his contract that runs through 2014…or a new coaching staff for next season. Or maybe it’s too late to save his job.
Let’s take a look at some Week 15 NFL power rankings for the 2013-14 season. These rankings include all 16 playoff teams. They’re not a listing of each team’s playoff seeding. There’s minimal change from the previous week’s edition.
