NFL Power Rankings Week 12: AFC Sweet 'n Weak 16

  • Look at those potential No. 6 seeds. What an awful group of teams. So many underachievers. It sickens me because Tennessee is wasting its opportunity. With a three-game road trip that includes games against Denver and Indianapolis, an above-.500 season may leave the equation before Week 15.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-8) are playing better than any of those No. 6 hopefuls. Shocked about the Ravens’ 4-6 mark. I’ve come to expect more from a John Harbaugh team.
  • All of the top five teams are vulnerable. Bengals have inconsistent quarterback play. Colts can’t stop falling behind 14-plus points. Chiefs’ record is inflated because of playing backup quarterbacks. This is one of the weaker Patriots teams in recently memory. While Denver is head-and-shoulders above everyone else, don’t forget about Peyton Manning‘s postseason woes…
  • Seriously, Tennessee. Jaguars and Texans have a combined 3-17 record. They both whooped you. C’mon, man!
