Joshua: The 49ers are 4-2. They’re 1-1 against AFC South opponents. They beat the Houston Texans 34-3 but lost to the Indianapolis Colts 27-7. How do 49ers fans feel about the Titans? Do they think they’ll fall somewhere in-between those teams in terms of competitiveness? How much of a difference does it make that Ryan Fitzpatrick will start?

Eric: 49ers fans are feeling pretty confident that they can beat the Titans, especially given that Jake Locker will not be starting. The 49ers defense has been playing better as of late, shutting down Matt Schaub and picking off Carson Palmer multiple times last week. Look for their defense to take advantage of a backup in Fitzpatrick starting for the Titans.
