Fantasy Football Week 7: Start’em, Sit’em, Sleepers, Waiver, PPR Picks

Oct 13, 2013; Baltimore, MD, USA; Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy (12) gets tackled by Baltimore Ravens cornerback Lardarius Webb (21) and linebacker Courtney Upshaw (91) at M

Justin: C.J. Spiller, RB, Buffalo Bills
It’s not easy for me to write this. Spiller has let me down so far this year. This limb that I’m way out on doesn’t feel like it can support my weight.

Here’s why I’m recommending him: Spiller has been a little banged up with knee and ankle problems this season, and because of that, the Bills have been limiting his reps. He still isn’t at full strength, but he’s getting healthier, and, more importantly, he’s started running like the C.J. Spiller we know and love.

He doesn’t need to see too many more touches than he had last week to turn in a good fantasy day.

David: Eddie Lacy, RB, Green Bay Packers
Lacy has been a true bell cow the past two weeks with 46 carries and 219 yards rushing. He hasn’t found the end zone since week one, but with WRs Randall Cobb (out) and James Jones (questionable) injured, Lacy will definitely be even more of a focal point for this offense. The Browns have a surprisingly good secondary as well, which may prompt the Packers to rely more heavily on the run, as odd as that sounds.
