Justin: Chris Johnson, RB, Tennessee Titans
Johnson was shut down last week by the New York Jets stout front seven. Despite the impression that the Chiefs have a great defense, they’re actually allowing 5.4 yards per carry (31st in the league). While it’s true that Jackie Battle is getting the lion’s share of the goal line work, Johnson actually leads the NFL in redzone rushing attempts. It may be on the bolder side, but I’m projecting 100-plus yards and a score for CJ2K.

David: Brian Hoyer, QB, Cleveland Browns
Typically I’m not a fan of players in TNF games, but Hoyer provides a nice bye-week starter option if needed. He’s thrown for at least 269 yards in his two starts with 5 TDs. He faces a struggling Bills secondary that is currently ranked 19th against opposing fantasy QBs, yielding 2 TDs in every single game so far this season. If Hoyer continues to look for his two playmakers Jordan Cameron and Josh Gordon, the Browns will have at least a few big plays this week.

Matt: David Wilson, RB, New York Giants
David Wilson? Really? Yes REALLY! I know he’s been absolutely terrible so far this season, but better things are coming. Trust me.  If you can I would buy low this week on Wilson he has an unbelievably easy schedule for running backs.  If he can’t get it together this week you might as well toss him to the waiver wire.
