Joshua:The Jets defensive line has become a force. Their ability to clog lanes and make plays led to eight sacks against Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel. Leading that unit is Muhammad Wilkerson, who has three sacks. Teach Titans fans about one of the NFL’s most dominant, yet under-appreciated defensive lines.

Alan: First of all, a lot of credit must be given to defensive line coach Karl Dunbar.  This is the guy that turned the Williams brothers into stars in Minnesota, and he is doing so here as well with Muhammad Wilkerson and company.  The group is a young, strong and fast group.  Wilkerson shares the load with Kenrick Ellis, Quinton Coples, rookie Sheldon Richardson, and Damon “Snacks” Harrison.  Like you said, they stay in their lanes, and they can get to the quarterback.  Finally, coach Ryan has a front four that can get to the quarterback without exotic blitzes.  Look out for Damon Harrison in the run game.  Pro Football Focus has him in the top five among defensive tackles, and he has grown from a UDFA last season, to a guy that is one of the top tackles in the league right now.
