10 San Diego Chargers (1-2)
Remember when the Chargers beat the Philadelphia Eagles and that was supposed to make San Diego a clutch team? That didn’t last long. In 1:50, Titans quarterback Jake Locker leads his team 94 yards for the game-winning touchdown drive.

09 Baltimore Ravens (2-1)
A 30-9 victory looks impressive until you check the stat box. 14 of those 30 points came from special teams and defense. Joe Flacco still isn’t playing up to his contract as the offense only had 236 yards. Good win but nothing that vaults them up the rankings.

08 Tennessee Titans (2-1)
That Week 1 win against the Steelers keeps looking less and less impressive… still much better than last season. Much better.

07 Indianapolis Colts (2-1)
Good win against a struggling San Francisco 49ers team. The Colts could have a deceptively tricky Week 4 game against a divisional rival: the Jacksonville Jaguars. Then again, Jaguars haven’t done much of anything to suggest a win anytime soon.

06 Houston Texans (2-1)
Randy Bullock made all three of his field goals. At least he’s out of the cellar for whoever makes a power ranking for kickers.
