After Kenny Britt rocked the Tennessee Titans Twitter world early today (Sep. 17), I thought it would be a good idea to let fans know some of the best Twitter accounts to follow as Titans fans. This will be a collaborative project between all of us because there are tons of great follows. I’ll start with my top-five must-follow Titans-related accounts (followed by a 1-to-5 scale of how great they are for Titans fans).  Add as many as you want in the comments section.

1. Jim Wyatt (@jwyattsports)

Jim is the best beat writer the Titans have. He tweets all the information he gets before writing about it for The Tennessean. He has broken many stories in the past few years and offers in-game updates.

(RATING: 5/5)

2. Paul Kuharsky (@PaulKuharskyNFL)

Paul is the beat writer for the Titans through ESPN.com.  Many of you know him from the Midday 180 in Nashville on 104.5 The Zone. Whether you like him or not, he tells you how it is and isn’t shy about it.  Great follow but he’s not always nice.

(RATING: 4/5)

3. Titans Retweet (@TitansRT)

If they can keep up the great work, this might be the best Twitter account to follow.  Think of them as the Reddit of Twitter for Titans fans.  They take all the best Titans information from Twitter and put it in one place. Don’t sleep on them.

(RATING: 4/5)

4. The Zone Crew (@1045TheZone)

Each show has their own twitter account (@WUZ1045, @Midday180, and @3HL1045). Each member from those shows has their own account. You can find their handles through the show handles. My three favorite follows from the Zone crew are Brent, Clay, and Chad.  Check them out if you haven’t already. They’re extremely entertaining.

(RATING: 3.5/5)

5. Titans Players

I didn’t include any of their handles because you can search Twitter for the players you want to follow.  Kenny Britt is very entertaining and obviously doesn’t have trouble tweeting what’s on his mind. Last year, Britt tweeted a link to his Instagram account that had a picture of a fine from the NFL. They need to put a leash on this guy, but until they do, let’s enjoy him!

Go follow these people if you haven’t and be sure to leave comments with other great follows.  This is a collaborative project between us here at Titan Sized and all of you fans.  We all need more of Titan Nation on our Twitter feed.
