Joshua: This past offseason, the Houston Texans released wide receiver Kevin Walter. Walter signed with the Tennessee Titans and he’s currently on the physically unable to perform list (PUP). How did Texans fans feel about losing Walter and, more specifically, about him joining an AFC South rival?

Forsha: In losing Kevin Walter, being there from 2006-12 he had become a big part of the Houston Texans, a familiar face who was pretty productive with four 50-plus catch seasons to his credit. But the past two seasons his reception numbers dropped, partly due to the running game, but he was still a productive player with 518 yards last season with 41 receptions.

With all of that being said, with the current group of Texans receivers in Andre Johnson, rookie DeAndre Hopkins and others I do believe the group of receivers are better than it has been in years past. As for him signing with the Titans I think it will rub some fans the wrong way, but the NFL is a business and he had to go where he felt he could help himself the best.
