Tennessee Titans 27, Pittsburgh Steelers 24

Preseason is over. The Titans started their weekly routine earlier this week.  They are preparing for a team in the Pittsburgh Steelers that find themselves in a similar situation as the Titans.  Both coming off disappointing seasons with many acquisitions and departures in the off-season. Vegas must be having a tough time setting a line for this one.

Nashville is buzzing loud for the first time in a long time over this Titans team.  The city seems to think they have finally turned the corner.  Facing the black and gold this Sunday will be no easy task in Pittsburgh, though.  No matter how bad there team is, it’s still an incredibly tough place to play for any NFL team.

That said, the Titans have shown the ability to run the ball hard and well, and at times play “bend but don’t break” defense.  If they can go to Pittsburgh and be as physical offensively as they’ve shown us in the preseason, they will start 2013 with a win.
