Nate Washington and Shonn Greene a little sore but should practice this week.

And that’s good news for everyone who was holding his or her breath on Saturday night.
While the Titans surprised almost everyone against the Atlanta Falcons this past weekend, it wasn’t without a cost. There were several injuries worth noting that night, including some to two of the team’s most reliable offensive tools: Shonn Greene and Nate Washington.
Thus far in the preseason, Greene has proven himself to be a worthwhile acquisition, complementing Chris Johnson in the backfield. While the Titans’ No. 1 running back has been relatively mum on having Greene take some of his carries, it doesn’t look like he’s going to have a say in where this all leads. Head coach Mike Munchak likes what he sees from the pair when they work together, meaning you can expect a whole lot more of it heading into the regular season.
Both Greene and Washington have sprained ankles, according to reports. However, Washington specified that it’s more of his foot and didn’t consider it severe. The two of them will likely be asked to rest until the regular season.
