The Tennessee Titans released their offseason training schedule today. Here’s a look at it in all its glory, courtesy of John Glennon and The Tennessean:
The team will begin phase one of the offseason program April 22, with activities limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only.
There will be 10 organized team activity workout periods during the offseason: May 29-31, June 3-4, June 6, June 10-11 and June 13-14. The Titans will hold one mandatory minicamp, June 18-20.
The sad part: the public will be allowed to watch.
It’s scary to think the offseason is approaching; the ever so painful lull in between the draft and preseason. Those are some dark months for football fans… even darker for us writers.
But lets not put on our depression snuggies yet. The Draft is still on its way and that is certainly something to look forward to.
