Tennessee Titans: QB Jake Locker has Fracture in Left Shoulder

The Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker has a fracture in his left, non-throwing shoulder. This news was just released after the Titans got back some medical tests today.

My question is, how does that take four weeks to discover?

It doesn’t. Or at least, it shouldn’t. This is a frustrating development on many levels.

The Titans offense needs Jake Locker to reach it’s full potential. Without him, we’ll continue to see it struggle as it did yesterday under QB Matt Hasselbeck. They have yet to say how long Locker’s rehab time would be or if the fracture needs surgical repair. From early estimates, Locker could be out until week 12.

This is certainly another frustrating development for a team eager to have their starting QB back.
