Tennessee Titans Vs. Minnesota Vikings Offensive Recap

Another week, another loss. The Tennessee Titans took on the Minnesota Vikings this past Sunday and once again the offense under performed.

The offense as a whole is disjointed, disorganized, and in complete disarray. The Titans offense is lacking any sort of identity and the offensive game plan simply looks like it was thrown together by a 12 year old playing his first game of Madden. Watching games on Sunday I feel like I’m watching a NFL Films clip.

The Titans came out earlier this week and said that they need to get Jared Cook involved in the game earlier. Really? Ya think? That could really benefit this offense. Another thing I think would be important is to score points.

In this offense, I have to ask once again, why are there no screens, why are the game plans so simple? Has the game really passed Palmer by? I know that Hasselbeck has no problem learning a game plan so maybe the game plan is just too vanilla. I know when I watch the Titans there are few if any plays throughout a game that look very well designed.

The Steelers come to town on Thursday and I really expect them to come out and fight like their backs are against the wall. Whether leads to a win or loss, I guess we’ll see. Me thinks it will still be looking pretty bad offensively.
