The Tennessee Titans and Safety Jordan Babineaux have agreed to terms on what looks to be a 2 year deal worth $5 million. The continued revamp of the Titans secondary has taken a back seat to other offseason news. At one point the team was expected to lose several members of the strong secondary, but the tagging of Michael griffin along with the recent signing of Babs has left a familiar core to start the new season. The loss of cornerback Cortland Finnegan will certainly sting, but the familiarity between the rest of the secondary is a good sign to Tennessee Titans fans. Babineaux wasn’t an all-pro player last year, but his consistent performances accompanied with good veteran leadership has been rewarded, and rightfully so.
