Kenny Britt plead guilty to a charge of disturbing the peace today, a downgraded charge from what had originally been giving to the receiver who was accused of destroying a marijuana cigar at a car wash this past summer.
The cigar was never found but with all the legal troubles Britt had this summer he’s probably just trying to get past it all and move on to greener pastures. He’s moved to Tennessee and trying to leave his old troubles in the past.
The charge carried a $1,500 fine which Britt paid. The remainder of his charges were dismissed Tuesday.
Britt has the potential to be a hall of fame receiver but he’s gotta learn to keep his nose clean and be healthy enough to stay on the field. With him added to the Titans offense, they’re practically unstoppable.
