The Tennessee Titans have announced that they have hired Brett Maxie to be their new secondary coach. Maxie spent the last 4 seasons with the Cowboys as an assistant defensive coach, and subsequently as their secondary coach.
His units in Dallas have been a bit up and down, as have been the secondary units for the Titans. Obviously though, Mike Munchak saw something that he liked in Maxie. Whether it was his style of coaching or a specific way that Maxie’s players operated the defensive backfield. Here’s to hoping that Maxie can help fix the Titans’ secondary that may or may not go through some changes this upcoming offseason.
