Titans go with high character in picking Williams and Rolle

The Titans picked up some big names in college football in the later rounds during the latest NFL draft. With the likes of college superstars such as USC playmaker Damian Williams and Florida State Rhode Scholar Myron Rolle joining the team, Tennessee not only picked two players with high upside but also high character.
Williams received criticism in college when he and teammate Mitch Mustain transferred from the hometown Razorbacks to USC following their freshman seasons at Arkansas. Many people thought Williams would dissapear in the depth chart having to sit out a year due to NCAA rules. Instead teammates and coaches raved about his work ethic and personality which led to the former Springdale product becoming the leading receiver his sophmore year with 58 catches and 9 TD’s. Williams and his Arkansas counterpart Mustain started an on campus prayer group called “Generate USC.”
Rolle has been making football and school look easy for awhile now. After coming into Florida States and earning multiple All-ACC accolades Rolle skipped his senior year of college football, opting to study Neuroscience as a Rhodes Scholar. Rolle was criticized heavily for the decision but when on and off the field you’d never meet a nicer human being who is all about a team and winning football games.
I expect both of these guys to come in and make an impact immediately, especially with Williams. With both athletes Titans fans know they have two hard workers who could make a difference on and off the field in Nashville.
