He is constantly twitching his head side to side, up and down. At first i thought it was his dreads pinching or pulling when he had his helmet on but if you watch him on the sideline he does it every 5 sec.. I think it's his eyes and head trying to keep up with the move he just did or is getting ready for what is about to come... I have noticed that also.
