		<description>When Young was leaving the field after that final pick in Sunday&#039;s game against the Jaguars, it looked as though Albert Haynesworth was trying to tell him something and Young kind of pushed him away. Then Young sat down on the bench and didn&#039;t get up when it was time to go back out. Did anyone else see this!
I love Young and all, but that just doesn&#039;t seem like leadership ability. I&#039;ve heard different takes on the whole thing, and I hope that this is just me reading into this whole thing wrong, but if you throw and int. (or two), go back out and challenge their defense. Make the crowd forget about those ints. and drive the team down the field.</description>
